62.5% of drivers say that they are distracted when driving. 84.7% of drivers think that fatalities or serious injuries would be reduced if there was adequate investment in safety barriers.

Distractions and cell phone use

This is one of the conclusions drawn from the study ‘Emotional Driving 2024: Spaniards at the wheel, distractions and mobile phone use’, carried out by Gonvarri. The study, carried out during November 2024, gathers the opinions of more than 2,000 Spaniards aged between 18 and 75.
